The company owner called me back immediately and came the next morning to give us an estimate on our sagging facia boards. He arrived exactly on time. We were surprised when he said he could do the repairs immediately. He explained everything in detail and took photos while up on his extension ladder and reviewed the photos with me. Two gutters on the front of the home were coming loose from the broken fascia boards. The loose screws attaching the gutters to the fascia boards were visible. They were popping out. If left through the winter, the gutters might have fallen down. What we didn’t know, and what the contractor explained, was that the downspout at the end of one of the gutters on the corner of the building was completely clogged. That was the biggest issue and was probably causing rain, snow, and debris accumulation in the gutters, causing huge icicles to form in the winter and placing a great amount of weight on the gutters, pulling them loose from the building. This contractor was amazing! He gave us a very fair estimate and stuck to the price. He worked for 3-1/2 hours, scraping away all the old caulk (the building is over 50 years old) and replacing it, re-attaching the gutters securely, clearing out the debris and clog, and even adding bracket reinforcements to the gutters for added security. I highly recommend this company.
